At Infor as part of our expansion we are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Infor ERP Sales Account Manager to join our team based in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Infor is a leading provider of innovative enterprise software solutions specializing in Infor ERP systems. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

1. Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for Infor ERP solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.

2. Direct and Partner Sales:

  • Manage both direct sales to customers and collaborate with channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive joint sales initiatives.

3. Territory and Account Ownership:

  • Take ownership of a designated territory developing a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Full Account Management:

  • Provide endtoend account management from initial contact through to successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay current on industry trends and product developments related to Infor ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of the Infor ERP product suite and its value propositions.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams including presales implementation and support to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the ERP software industry with experience in Infor ERP preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies especially in a direct and partnerdriven sales environment. (MEDDPICC would be advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience of selling SaaS based ERP Solutions.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field would be a bonus.
