Duties & Responsibilities
- Market Research: Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets to expand business reach.
- Client Engagement: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through various channels and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Handling: Develop strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- BPO Experience: Utilize BPO/Call Center expertise to inform strategies and client interactions.
- Outsourcing Knowledge: Leverage previous outsourcing experience to enhance service offerings.
Experience Requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English and Hindi both spoken and written.
- Team Size: Ability to work effectively within a team of 20 members.
- BPO Services: Experience in insourcing and outsourcing of BPO services.
- DSA/Call Center Appointments: Proven track record in appointing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and managing call center operations.
- Product Development: Involvement in product development processes to enhance service offerings.
- Experience Level: Minimum 6 months in a Business Development role; ideally 1 year of experience in a similar field with strong communication and grasping skills.
