Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for event solutions. Generate leads through multiple channels including networking referrals digital platforms and direct prospecting. Conduct indepth client needs analysis to provide tailored event solutions. Manage and maintain a robust pipeline converting potential leads into confirmed sales. Execute endtoend event planning and delivery ensuring highquality service and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities. Analyze sales data preparing reports presentations and charts to communicate progress and insights. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales planning. Utilize AI tools for efficient lead tracking data analysis and report generation. Summarize and document key outcomes from meetings with clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Operations Customer Support) to design and deliver solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in solution/event sales with a minimum of 100 events executed. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office for data analysis report generation and presentation creation. Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity. Strong understanding of CPaaS technologies is a plus. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal for effective client interaction. Experienced in lead generation account management upselling and business networking. Ability to create promotional strategies and leverage social media for brand visibility. Strong organizational skills selfmotivated and empathetic approach. Fluent in English and Hindi with secondary language proficiency in Marathi Gujarati Kannada or Punjabi based on region.
