Tasks
What would you sign up forA ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects related to the implementation and management of the ServiceNow platform. Their tasks and responsibilities may include the following:
- Defining project objectives identifying necessary resources
- Creating project plan in accordance with project management methodologies
- Identifying and assessing risks associated with the project and implementing measures to minimize their impact
- Ensuring effective communication between the project team the client and other stakeholders
- Coordinating activities and tasks among various team members
- Manage project status risks scope timing budget and create report to senior management and customer
- Maintaining proper documentation and tracking all key decisions and actions
- Identifying opportunities for further enhancement of services and processes and actively participating in their implementation
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in project management or a related role
- PRINCE2 and SAFe certifications are required
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is benefitial
- Problemsolving abilities and adaptability to changing conditions
- Fluency in English is required and other languages are benefitial
