Job Title: Truck and Trailer Parts Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Truck and Trailer Parts Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in identifying and purchasing truck and trailer parts providing expert product knowledge while ensuring a smooth ordering process. This position offers commission opportunities based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying locating and purchasing truck and trailer parts.
Provide expert product knowledge on truck and trailer parts including engines brakes suspension systems electrical components etc.
Process orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
Maintain proper stock levels by monitoring inventory and placing restock orders as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Stay updated on new products industry trends and best practices.
Organize and maintain parts inventory and workspaces in a clean and orderly manner.
