You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a resultsdriven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing highperforming sales teams. In this role you will be responsible for managing sales operations implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage mentor and motivate a team of inside sales representatives fostering a highperformance culture and driving individual and team success.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and processes to achieve revenue goals and maximize sales productivity.
Performance Monitoring: Set clear sales targets and KPIs monitoring team performance and providing ongoing feedback coaching and support.
Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the inside sales team ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing to identify and pursue lead generation opportunities optimizing the sales funnel and conversion rates.
Client Engagement: Oversee and participate in sales calls and presentations ensuring highquality interactions with potential clients.
Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data and metrics providing regular reports to senior management on team performance opportunities and challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing customer success and product management to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience in inside sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a highperforming sales team.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and team members.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to drive decisionmaking.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
