Location: Montgomery AL (Onsite from day 1)
Duration: 6 month contract
Responsibilities
- Design execute and debug test plans for software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Review project requirements and develop appropriate test cases to ensure all requirements are met and yield the expected results.
- Detect and identify webbased configuration/workflow failures to ensure issues are discovered documented corrected and retested.
- Evaluate software usability and error handling procedures.
- Communicate test progress results and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
- Document test results and generate historical analysis of applications capabilities and functionality.
- Document configuration anomalies and defects in an issue tracking database.
- Participate in application planning/design meetings.
- Provide application instructions for users.

- Proficient in Microsoft software service desk ticket management and communication tools

- Performing software testing
- Creating test cases
- Webbased software/application testing
- Requirements traceability
- Microsoft Windows PC and web browser testing environment
