Role: Product Support Lead Opentext Exstream platform
Location: Atlanta GA or Frisco TX (initial 1 month Remote is okay but later the resource needs to work in Hybrid model from the office)

812 years of development Experience on Opentext Exstream platform (Classic Exstream) with good experience on the Opentext Exstream Cloud edition
Familiarity with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native modules and functionalities
Proficient inDesign Manager Orchestrator (Complex workflow build) Flow scripts. Upgrade components.
Experiencein JavaScriptPython
Basic knowledge of AWS Azure or Google Cloud. Cloud storage access
Knowledge of JSON HTML XML for data mapping and document formatting.
Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs for Exstream integrations.
Familiar with version control systems.
Basic skills in debugging and troubleshooting within the Exstream environment.
Strong communication abilities to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Assist in designing and developing solutions using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native modules.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of Exstream application issues.
Help maintain and update documentation for development processes and solutions.
Participate in QA and performance testing to ensure solution quality.
Collaborate with senior developers and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Exstream Cloud Native features and best practices.
