Description:
- Walmarts eCommerce Compliance Department is responsible for defining enforcing and promoting policies programs and products to ensure safe transactions and maintain trust across our marketplace business. Our responsibilities include mitigating risks around Intellectual Property.
- The Analyst Intellectual Property & AntiCounterfeit (eCommerce Compliance) will report into the Senior Manager I Intellectual Property & AntiCounterfeit and will partner with the Legal Marketplaces Customer Support Omni Merchandising Corporate Affairs Technology and Risk Operations and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Investigative Qualifications:
- Reporting on Intellectual Property and AntiCounterfeit metrics on a regular basis
- Managing internal escalations related to Intellectual Property and AntiCounterfeit
- Tracking and managing the support mailbox for Intellectual Property and AntiCounterfeit escalations
- Building strong partnerships with Walmart internal stakeholders in the US and globally
- Reporting on Intellectual Property and AntiCounterfeit metrics on a regular basis
Analytical Qualifications:
- Perform data analysis and trends related to Intellectual Property and AntiCounterfeit
- Conducting data analysis and audit of anticounterfeit controls and programs (IP Gating Rule Creation Rule Audit Seller Risk) derived from IP Claim investigation trends and observations.
- Building strong partnerships with Walmart internal stakeholders in the US and globally
- The ability to analyze large data sets to identify patterns and use insights to drive improvements and mitigate risks around Intellectual Property.
