The Opportunity
We are a leading digital content platform dedicated to the Indian Esports industry. Our focus is on delivering topnotch content ranging from game updates and team highlights to industry news drama and player profiles. We are on the lookout for a talented and confident female Video Anchor to join our team and be the face of our content.

Key Responsibilities
- OnCamera Presence: Deliver engaging and professional oncamera performances for various esports content including news segments interviews and event coverage.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on the latest trends developments and controversies within the Indian and global esports scenes. Stay updated on major tournaments players teams and industry news.
- Industry News & Drama: Monitor and analyze esports drama controversies and community discussions delivering informed and timely content that resonates with our audience.
- Script Collaboration: Work closely with scriptwriters producers and content creators to ensure scripts are aligned with the overall tone and style of our brand.
- Content Creation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new content formats segments and series that align with our brands goals.
- Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience through live streams social media and other platforms to build a strong connection with the community.
- Adaptability: Be flexible in handling various content formats from shortform social media videos to longform documentaries and interviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a video anchor presenter or host preferably within the esports gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong oncamera presence with excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding and passion for the esports scene both in India and globally.
- Ability to conduct indepth research and stay updated on the latest industry trends and news.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and adapting to lastminute changes.
- Familiarity with content platforms such as YouTube Twitch and social media.
- Knowledge of popular esports titles like Valorant BGMI CS Dota 2 and others are a plus.
Bonus:
- Previous experience in the esports or gaming community as a player streamer or fan.
- Ability to engage with and grow a dedicated audience on social media platforms.
referred Education Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/BE and equivalent. Required Experience & Qualification: 2 to 3 years. Skills: Effective communication skills including a solid understanding of English grammar and professional writing ability. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Doc, sheet (particularly Microsoft Word, Google sheet and Doc). Good understanding of SEO and content management systems. Ability to work with large data sets. An ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems. Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and results-driven Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data. Innovative, inquisitive and effective problem solver. Communication to team on project development, timelines, and results Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages Report to SEO Team Leads with successes, progress and project completion. Basic Knowledge of HTML. Ability to work on CMS to publish the content on the pages and fix the basic on page issues like Title, Description, Heading ( H1 to H6) , anchor text etc. The person should know how to do text formatting, table formatting and implementation of superscripts and subscript in Google doc as well as in Microsoft word.
