Job Description
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished professional videos for a variety of platforms (YouTube Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
- PostProduction: Enhance video quality with color grading sound mixing and adding effects transitions and animations.
- Storytelling: Collaborate with the content team to ensure the final video aligns with the brand s message target audience and intended narrative.
- Audio Editing: Edit soundtracks voiceovers and sound effects to create seamless audiovisual experiences.
- Video Resizing and Formatting: Adapt video content for different formats aspect ratios and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with directors producers content creators and other team members to understand project objectives and timelines.
- Content Review and Feedback: Make revisions based on internal team feedback or marketing team requests.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest video editing software tools trends and industry standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure the final video product is highquality onbrand and meets all project specifications.
You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:
- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
- Proficient in video editing software like DaVinci Resolve Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of video formats codecs and compression methods.
- Good understanding of video composition color grading and sound design.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
- A passion for video production and visual storytelling.
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus but not a must
- Experience in social media video content creation.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Photoshop etc.) and other creative tools.
- Knowledge of trends in video production and digital media.
