Job Description:
Experience 4.58 Years
Perform wireless network testing to ensure reliability security and compliance with industry standards.
Test and validate wireless access points (APs) and router configurations.
Evaluate wireless security protocols including encryption and authentication methods such as WPA WPA2 WPA3 and protocols such as WPAPSK EAPTLS EAPFAST PEAP/MSCHAPv2.
Troubleshoot wireless network issues and propose solutions to improve system performance.
Work with network hardware and software to configure and optimize wireless routers and access points.
Implement and test network encryption techniques to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Collaborate with network architects and engineers to validate system functionality performance and security.
Perform tests on network security ensuring wireless systems adhere to the highest security standards.
Conduct performance analysis on wireless networks and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay up to date with emerging wireless technologies standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in wireless network testing and familiar with wireless standards (IEEE 802.11 family).
Indepth knowledge of network security protocols such as WPA WPA2 WPAPSK EAPTLS EAPFAST PEAP/MSCHAPv2.
Familiarity with wireless encryption and authentication modes.
Strong understanding of network configurations for access points and wireless routers.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Experience with network testing tools and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in wireless networking (e.g. CWNA CWSP CCNA Wireless).
Handson experience with enterpriselevel wireless network deployments.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
