Job Description:
Looking for a highly motivated detailed person who wants fastpaced work in the construction industry and has excellent administrative and basic math skills.
The position of administrative assistant performs a wide range of duties in an office and construction shop setting including general administrative assistance answering the phone assisting with payroll and client services supporting shop operations and other duties as assigned. Duties include work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required qualifications include:
A minimum of 3 years consistent employment in an administrative position or 1 year plus an associates or bachelors degree;
Familiarity with small business practices related to banking payroll and customer service;
A minimum of three years of software and computer experience with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
Exceptional problem solving skills analytical ability extremely organized and detail oriented with accuracy;
Excellent communication interpersonal skills and strong team player;
Selfmotivated ability to work independently and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure;
Preferred qualifications:
Construction industry experience
