Product Secured Loan Underwriting
Location Jodhpur
Overview:
The Credit Manager is responsible for evaluating and approving secured loan applications (e.g. mortgages loans against property) while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role balances risk management with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Evaluation: Assess loan applications by analyzing financial statements credit history income and collateral.
DecisionMaking: Approve loans within authority limits or escalate for higherlevel decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sales legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio health identify risks and suggest policy improvements.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare performance reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 4 years in secured loan underwriting or credit risk management.
Key Skills: Strong financial analysis risk assessment and decisionmaking abilities; excellent communication and attention to detail.
