Job Description
Job Title: Collection Manager
Location: Ludhiana
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Role Type: Individual role
Responsibilities:
- Manage collections for Home Loan LAP Personal Loan and Business Loan portfolios.
- Work with agency channels for debt recovery.
- Monitor and improve collection performance ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct field visits handle customer disputes and negotiate repayment terms.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–6 years in loan collections (agency channel experience preferred).
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
