Job Description

Are you a passionate and experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment Were seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Southeast Minnesota and lead our efforts in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Mentor and guide our manufacturing engineering team fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with our companys goals ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry.
  • Process Excellence: Establish and maintain rigorous manufacturing standards to ensure consistency efficiency and quality. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements leveraging lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize our operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on manufacturing processes and equipment guiding our team in the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning execution and completion of manufacturing projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and meet the highest quality standards. Collaborate with procurement logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to strict safety health and environmental regulations. Promote a safe and positive work environment by leading safety initiatives and conducting regular audits to identify and address potential hazards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes equipment and standards.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturingrelated tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety quality and regulatory standards.
