Job Description
SAP PRA/GPA Functional Team Member
Houston TX
- Execute User Stories including prework for all inscope Features included in planned Program Increments (PI) for Exxon Polaris PRA/JVA/PSA workstream
- Produce configuration rationale FDDs per agreed schedule; close collaboration with SAP development teams to finalize/clarify FDD requirements.
- Execute required standard and extension to standard configuration in SAP systems per assignment and planned schedule.
- Create synthetic data where necessary to conduct appropriate functional unit testing in SAP Sandbox and Development environments.
- Perform functional unit testing of configuration and WRIEF developments in the appropriate SAP Development system / client according to Polaris program. Share test results with Exxons teams for review / confirmation.
- Transfer knowledge to Exxons functional teams. Coordinate with Exxon team on the provision of required data for PRA GPA JVA and PSA is created by required date for testing in SAP Integration and User Acceptance Testing environments.
- Travel expectations for onsite with customer is 1/2 day Monday (arrive before Noon) Full days Tuesday/Wednesday and 1/2 day Thursday (Leave after lunch)
- Support the Exxon during SIT and UAT cycles by analyzing assigning and resolving defects assigned to SAP teams.
- Participate in Cutover activities.
- Travel expectations for 50% onsite alternating weeks with customer. Onsite is 1/2 day Monday (arrive before Noon) Full days Tuesday/Wednesday and 1/2 day Thursday (Leave after lunch). Initial Transition Phase with Workshops will require 100% onsite for up to 8 week period.
