MW Partners is currently seeking a Scale Licensing Specialist to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Be responsible for hitting a financial target and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with the Licensing team.
- Provide regular updates to the team lead and within the customer management system.
- Work and align with various stakeholders including Sales Legal and Customer Service.
- Build out a sustainable cadence for your role and the tasks at hand.
- Constantly measure and refine your performance to maximize success.
- Run a positive insightful and valuable service for customers.
- Engage with customers respectfully and from a point of knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Licensing and Software is required
- Confidence/gravitas and experience with businesstobusiness interactions
- Experience within a partner/reseller indirect sales organization
- Proactive results orientated approach
- Highly responsive and passionate communicator both written and spoken
- Virtual/Matrix based organization navigation skills
- Creative critical thinker
- An analytical eye to spot the best places to guide your efforts and most valuable insights/information to share with Client customers
- IT/Technical skills/knowledge. Proficiency with the MS Office suite particularly Word and Excel
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
