Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate social media and web content updates.
Assist in creating promotional materials including sales kits and brochures.
Manage and update CRM data using HubSpot.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Coordinate advertisements signage and branded collateral (e.g. fleet vehicles banners and business cards).
Support content creation including articles press releases eblasts and award submissions.
Help organize and participate in special events trade shows and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator).
Familiarity with WordPress and experience in CRM software (HubSpot).
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Photography skills are a plus as are any construction industry insights.
