Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads and respond to client inquiries on platforms like Upwork.
- Actively engage with potential clients to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Schedule and participate in intro calls ensuring a seamless handoff to technical teams.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to manage the proposal process.
- Attend IT and business conferences.
- Maintain client data in the CRM system and manage followups.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services such as reporting or AI solutions.
- Participate in project kickoffs and support resource alignment.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of IT particularly greenfield projects and software solutions.
- Sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings.
- Proactive creative and capable of identifying new business opportunities.
