Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install junction boxes on solar panels as per technical specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper connection and functionality of junction boxes.
- Operate tools and equipment used in the assembly process.
- Identify and resolve issues related to wiring and connections.
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to production timelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Experience in wiring or electrical assembly preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and circuits.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
