Job Description
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collect analyse and document system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including system specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to evaluate system performance and identify areas where current systems may fall short of meeting business goals or requirements.
- System Support & Troubleshooting: Offer technical support through the System Administration Forum (SAF) troubleshooting recurring IT issues and working towards their resolution.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Lead training sessions for internal users on new systems updates and tools to ensure efficient adoption and optimal system usage.
- Project Implementation Support: Assist with the planning coordination and implementation of new system projects including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet quality standards.
- IT Asset Management: Monitor the use of IT assets and provide insights for forecasting future technology investments and upgrades.
- EndUser Requirements Documentation: Capture document and communicate enduser requirements to development and implementation teams to ensure user needs are met.
- PostImplementation Support: Offer ongoing support after project deployment ensuring seamless system integration and addressing any emerging issues.
- Data Governance & Analysis: Assist with data governance initiatives ensuring data integrity and consistency across departmental systems. Perform data analysis to identify areas for system improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis & system architecture system administration and project management.
- Proficiency in system administration and technical troubleshooting.
- Proven track record in project management including working with crossfunctional teams to drive projects to successful completion.
- Strong experience with technical documentation creation including process flow diagrams and system specifications.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and experience performing data analysis to identify system improvements.

Education
