Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily truck schedules to optimize logistics operations.
- Control loading operations in collaboration with ground staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Ensure minimal turnaround time for trucks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Enter logisticsrelated data into the SAP ERP system ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain material balance to prevent discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Manage logistics operations 24/7 providing support and guidance to the ground team as needed.
- Stay informed about local logistics trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree (nonnegotiable).
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP software for logistics management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
