Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Salary: Depends Upon Experience
Location: Kundrathur and Chengalpattu
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations and ensure the branch meets organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and lead a team ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
- Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and explore business opportunities in the local market.
- Maintain and expand the customer base through excellent service and relationshipbuilding.
- Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure the branch operates in compliance with company policies industry regulations and local laws.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor branch budgets expenses and revenue streams to ensure financial stability.
- Prepare and present regular financial and performance reports to senior management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in branch operations and management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Good communication skills are essential. Must possess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.
Education
Must be a graduate from any stream.
