Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Accounting & Finance Sector
Hours: Full time; 40 hours per week
Rate: 8AUD/hour (48k PHP per month NEGOTIABLE) plus comms
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a background in accounting or finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong client interaction skills knowledge of basic accounting principles and a professional approach to client engagement. This individual will manage the endtoend sales process from lead qualification to client onboarding helping to convert prospects into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads from online campaigns or other sources ensuring they align with our target client profile.

Conduct initial discussions to understand client needs identify potential services and set appointments with the appropriate consultant.
.
Conduct sales calls to qualify leads discuss service offerings and guide clients on their options.
.
Present our services in a consultative manner ensuring clients understand how our solutions fit their unique requirements.
.
Build strong relationships with clients ensuring ongoing engagement professionalism and client satisfaction.
.
Act as the main point of contact throughout the client journey from initial engagement to postsale followup.

Monitor lead conversion rates identifying and addressing any issues in the client acquisition process.

Provide feedback on potential improvements to the sales funnel ensuring an optimized client onboarding experience.

Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and social media funnels.

Prepare regular sales reports tracking progress against targets and offering insights into lead sources and conversion rates.
Skills and Experience Required:
.
Proven experience in a BDM sales or clientfacing role within the accounting finance or professional services industry.
.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology to engage confidently with clients in the industry.

Exceptional communication skills including wellspoken English professionalism and strong client interaction etiquette.
.
Ability to work independently manage time efficiently and maintain honesty and transparency in reporting.
