Job Description
Job Title: IAM and LDAP Administrator
Location: Remote (LOCAL TO AUSTIN ONLY)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:- Plan develop test and document advanced IAM and LDAP solutions.
- Implement and manage IAM/Okta solutions automating processes like user onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to ensure best practices and methodologies.
- Lead Okta solution integrations including multitenant environments application onboarding and user lifecycle management.
- Design and document data flow and deployment architecture diagrams for various Okta integrations.
- Provide technical oversight quality control and ensure compliance with IAM best practices.
- Maintain a 24x7 oncall rotation to support IAM operations.
- Leverage cloudbased solutions including AWS for authentication and authorization using Okta SailPoint and similar technologies.
- Integrate Okta with Single Page Applications (e.g. Angular ReactJS) using JWT OAuth and related technologies.
- Use Jenkins or related technologies to implement automation for Okta solutions.
- Extensive experience with IAM tools processes and team leadership.
- Expertise with IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIM/ISIM) or similar IAM software.
- Strong knowledge of authentication methods like SAML OAuth and OIDC.
- Proficiency in application onboarding into Okta and Okta Gateway integrations.
- Experience with user migration between directories and automation for Okta solutions.
- Familiarity with cloudbased IAM solutions leveraging AWS.
- Deep knowledge of LDAP best practices and tools.
- Experience with RSA IAM Oracle IdM Datapower or similar tools.
- Knowledge of technologies like Java JavaScript HTML JSON Python SQL and Linux.
- Familiarity with WebSphere JBoss or similar J2EE application servers for Okta integration.
- Prior experience in integrating Okta with IBM tools like Datapower Security Identity Manager and Security Directory Server.
- Proficiency in LDAP browsers like LBE Softerra or Apache Directory Studio.
- Handson experience with Agile Development Methodologies (Scrum preferred) and CI/CD practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to establish goals and objectives.
- Security certifications and familiarity with federal and state IAM legislation and compliance.
