Job Description
Are you a proactive and resourceful individual ready to kickstart your career Join us as an Operations Intern and work closely with our team to manage telecom data center and vendor operations. This is your chance to gain handson experience in backend operations vendor management and technical troubleshooting with the possibility of securing a permanent role based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with telecom operators for procurement and management of telecom resources.
- Coordinate with data center vendors for resource procurement and management.
- Oversee vendor relations for asset procurement and management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to assets and servers.
- Handle internal and external queries through our ticketing system.
- Address daytoday adminrelated queries and operational needs.
Requirements
Education: Graduate (BBA preferred).
Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent networking interpersonal and resource management skills.
- Experience: 01 year in backend operations or related fields.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be from Delhi/NCR only.
Work Environment:
- Workfromoffice only based in Noida Sector 2.
- Willing to work flexible hours and rosterbased timings (including Sundays).
- 6day workweek.
- Availability to travel to data centers in different cities of India as needed.
