Job Title: Social Media Intern

About YAAS:

YAAS is a media company cracks online distribution organically for some of Indias top brands.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop innovative content strategies tailored for Instagram to drive engagement and growth.

Content Creation:

Script original engaging reels posts and stories aligned with YAAS!s brand voice.

Collaborate with editors and DOPs to ensure content is highquality and impactful.

Social Media Management:

Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely posting and maximum reach.

Monitor and analyze Instagram metrics providing insights to refine strategies.

Execution & Innovation:

Participate in shoots to bring content ideas to life.

Experiment with creative formats like vlogs skits and talkinghead videos.

Community Engagement:

Actively engage with followers through comments DMs and other interactions to foster a strong community.

Collaborate with influencers or partners to amplify brand reach.

Requirements

Passionate about social media trends and content creation.

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and growth strategies.

Proficient in writing scripts managing content calendars and analyzing metrics.

Skilled in collaboration and open to feedback.

Selfmotivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
