Job Description

This is a remote position.

Content Management & Strategy

  • Manage the content calendar for The Firm ensuring timely publication across all channels (Including Youtube & ACAST)

  • Collaborate with the creative team to refine and execute content strategies that engage and grow our audience.

  • Oversee content updates and maintenance on our website to ensure quality and consistency.

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit video content using Riverside to produce highquality polished podcasts and other video materials.

  • Repurpose longform video content into shorter clips for social media and email campaigns.

  • Ensure video and audio quality meets professional standards before publication.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and schedule engaging content across key social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram YouTube and TikTok).

  • Monitor social media analytics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

  • Respond to audience interactions to foster community and engagement.

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email campaigns using insert platform e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot.

  • Develop automated workflows for newsletters podcast announcements and special campaigns.

  • Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements to drive engagement and conversions.



Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 35 years as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role preferably within a media or publication environment.

  • Video Editing Expertise: Proficient with Riverside or similar video/audio editing tools.

  • Strong Content Management Skills: Experience managing content calendars coordinating publication schedules and maintaining high editorial standards.

  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms with a proven track record of growing audiences.

  • Email Marketing Experience: Proficient with email marketing tools and strategies with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.

  • AnalyticsDriven: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics social media insights and email performance dashboards to track and report on KPIs.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling messaging that aligns with brand tone and voice.

  • Organizational Skills: Detailoriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with accounting finance or other professional services audiences.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms like WordPress.

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) to support content creation.

At least 3 + years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Experienced in Web Development and Designing Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). We're keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing: Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs, development capability would be an advantage. Design: Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media: Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO: While we use an external firm for SEO, you'll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organizational Skills: You'll have a lot of balls to juggle, so the ability to prioritize and excel in internal communications is essential.
