We are seeking a skilled professional who can effectively combine corporate training with technical interviewing in the field of accounting. This role is essential for developing the skills of our team through focused training while conducting technical interviews to support our hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Training:
- Create comprehensive training materials presentations and practical workshops.
- Evaluate the training needs of employees and implement tailored programs to bridge skill gaps.
- Assess the success of training sessions and refine content based on participant feedback.
- Prepare engaging presentations for team events such as Team s Day and motivate employees to actively participate.
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver their best performances during Team s Day and other company events.
Accounts Technical Interviewing:
Collaborate with department managers to understand job specifications and expectations for accounting roles.
Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates expertise in accounting particularly in software proficiency.
Provide detailed feedback on candidates strengths and areas for improvement.
Maintain a pipeline of assessed candidates and manage interview records.
Support the onboarding process and provide initial training to new hires when necessary.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Commerce or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate training with a strong background in leading training sessions.
Demonstrated experience conducting technical interviews for accounting or financerelated roles.
Proficient in using Xero QuickBooks and Business Central accounting software.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
