Position Summary:
The Project Liaison Officer is a key onsite representative ensuring smooth daytoday operations and effective communication between the project team and leadership. Acting as the primary point of contact in the absence of the project manager this individual will observe report and support the execution of project objectives while fostering a cohesive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily project activities to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary onsite liaison between team members and senior leadership.
- Provide regular updates on project status challenges and progress.
- Ensure adherence to company policies safety regulations and quality standards.
- Address minor onsite concerns and escalate significant issues to leadership promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities including attendance performance and task completion.
- Encourage team collaboration and maintain a professional work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in sensitive situations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or liaison role is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and making sound judgment calls.
- Must be fluent in reading writing and speaking Spanish
