Currently the company is looking for highly experienced marketing professionals for the role of Marketing Manager to support the growth and success of their Budapest shopping center portfolio.

Key scope of activities will include (but are not restricted to):
- Development and Execution of Marketing Strategy: Create and implement an effective online and offline marketing strategy including developing a detailed marketing and communication plan that drives engagement increases foot traffic and enhances customer loyalty within the shopping center.
- International Collaboration: Work closely with the international team to align the center s strategy with the broader communication plan for a portfolio of centers. Implement corporate marketing tools and solutions while contributing to global brand initiatives.
- Leadership on Key Projects: Lead and manage projects impacting the Hungarian property portfolio and select international initiatives ensuring alignment with brand standards and company objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage an annual marketing budget ensuring resource allocation to achieve set KPIs and maximize returns on investments.
- Market Analysis and Consumer Insights: Regularly monitor the retail market studying trends and conducting research to understand consumer behavior within the shopping center. Use insights to adapt strategies that meet evolving customer needs.
- Tenant Relationship & BTL Marketing: Foster strong relationships with tenants to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Emphasize BelowtheLine (BTL) marketing activities focusing on events promotions and local activities that engage customers.
- Digital Marketing and Loyalty Programs: Develop digital marketing strategies including mobile applications and loyalty programs that strengthen customer relationships and build brand loyalty.
- Database Management and Loyalty Program Development: Maintain a robust customer database while creating loyalty programs to retain and reward shoppers.
- Agency Collaboration: Manage and coordinate collaborations with external agencies including creative digital and media buying ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and onbrand.
- Community Engagement and PR: Strengthen external relations represent the center regionally and ensure positive brand visibility through collaboration with PR firms and media contacts.
- Team Collaboration and Development: Work closely with the center s administration and marketing teams facilitating knowledge transfer encouraging effective communication and motivating and developing talent.
Expectations and Requirements:
The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in marketing within the retail industry ideally with experience in Shopping Centers/Retail/Fashion & Apparel environments.
- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree or higher ideally in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role with a proven record of success in campaign execution and resultsdriven marketing.
- Shopping Centers/Retail/Fashion & Apparel Expertise: Strong understanding of retail marketing with a focus on digital marketing skills mobile apps digital loyalty programs and social media engagement.
- Analytical and Creative Thinking: Ability to think both analytically and creatively to solve complex challenges.
- Agency Management: Experience working with multiple agencies particularly in creative digital and media buying capacities.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets ofEUR or more to achieve measurable results.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Tenant Relations: Experience building productive relationships with tenants to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal skills in English along with native Hungarian.
