About the Role:
The role of Social Media Presenter & Communities specialist is focused on being the spokesperson on Social Media activities targeting the gaming industry and building brand awareness and authority in this field. The role will be hybrid with communities where this person will be a key stakeholder to maintain conversations with our community on Social Media channels.
This position requires a specific application process. Please review the details below!
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Social Media specifically with Tik Tok Instagram Twitch and Youtube;
- Experience of being in front of the camera on Social Media;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools;
- Ability to strategize and propose new ideas;
- Experience using PM tools such as ClickUp Monday and equivalent.
About the position:
- Research and coordinate topics for various shows offering ongoing suggestions for enhancements and fresh content ideas;
- Serve as a company spokesperson for new social media initiatives across platforms such as Instagram YouTube and TikTok;
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends potential opportunities and challenges within community engagement initiatives;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns providing regular insights and reports on key metrics including CTR views live engagement and conversion rates;
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key community members and influencers on platforms like Discord;
- Assist the marketing leadership team with documentation and reporting tasks ensuring clarity and alignment across projects;
- Collaborate with the Video Editing and Design teams to finalize and deliver highquality content for publication;
- Develop and recommend innovative social media strategies to enhance audience reach and engagement while also tapping into new target demographics.
