Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurialminded Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our video content strategy and drive impactful brandaligned marketing initiatives across YouTube and social media platforms. This role is ideal for a visionary content creator with a deep understanding of producing engaging viral video content tailored for both enterprise and SMB audiences. You will manage endtoend video campaigns collaborate with influencers and align video content strategies with overall business goals to maximize engagement and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle of video content creation from ideation to production and distribution across YouTube and social media platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing goals. Develop strategies leveraging the latest video trends and audience engagement practices.
Viral Video Creation: Conceptualize and produce highimpact shareable video content that resonates with enterprise and SMB audiences and drives channel growth.
SEO & Optimization: Implement best practices for YouTube and social media SEO including keyword research thumbnail creation metadata optimization and effective use of tags and playlists to maximize video discoverability.
Social Media Management: Oversee content planning and posting schedules ensuring consistent and engaging presence across all relevant social media platforms.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage internal teams and coordinate with external partners such as studios influencers and agencies to create toptier video content. Foster effective coordination for seamless project execution.
Influencer & Collaborative Campaigns: Curate and lead influencerdriven video campaigns building a robust network of collaborators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
DataDriven Strategy: Analyze performance metrics from YouTube and social media analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of video content and refine strategies to enhance viewer retention engagement and channel growth.
CrossPlatform Content Integration: Create and manage diverse video formats including live streams webinars and shortform content to expand brand presence on YouTube and other video platforms.
HandsOn Production: Be skilled in both oncamera and behindthescenes production handling technical aspects like shooting editing and postproduction of video content.
Content Innovation: Utilize a deep understanding of video content virality to consistently produce engaging trendsetting content.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure all video and social media initiatives are strategically aligned with the company s broader marketing and business objectives driving measurable results.
Entrepreneurial Leadership: Approach video projects with innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset. Lead initiatives that explore new growth and engagement avenues.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 35 years in a video content creation or social media management role preferably with experience managing a YouTube channel or social media strategy for a brand or agency.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in producing viral video content with tangible engagement and growth metrics.
Collaborative Network: A strong network of studios influencers and agencies for collaborative projects.
MultiFormat Expertise: Proficiency in producing diverse video formats including live streams webinars and shortform content.
Social Media Proficiency: Active presence on YouTube and social media platforms with a proven track record of amplifying video content across channels.
SEO & Analytics Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube and social media and the ability to analyze metrics for strategy refinement.
Technical Production Skills: Handson experience in video shooting editing and production.
Leadership & Teamwork: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate effectively.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Preference for exfounders independent creators or professionals with a strong entrepreneurial approach.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align video content strategies with broader business objectives to drive measurable impact.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confidence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
