We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Analyst to join our Transportation Investment Banking team. As a Junior Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting senior team members in executing transactions and conducting industry research within the transportation sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in investment banking while specializing in the dynamic field of transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other financial advisory services for transportation sector clients.
- Conduct financial analysis including building and maintaining complex financial models performing valuation analyses and preparing presentations and pitch materials.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks in the transportation sector.
- Support due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing relevant data and assisting in the preparation of transactionrelated documentation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including legal accounting and external advisors to facilitate deal execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Previous internship or work experience in investment banking finance or a related field is preferred but not required.
