Leading the sales team
Motivating guiding and evaluating the performance of the sales team. Setting goals
Developing sales targets and goals and implementing strategies to achieve them. Analyzing sales data
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics and resolving customer complaints. Communicating
Communicating clearly and persuasively with customers prospects team members and the leadership team. Problem solving
Using problemsolving skills to navigate the markets complex and everchanging landscape. Product knowledge
Ensuring that the sales team is wellversed in the products features and benefits. Reporting
Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer.
Other responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and guiding team members
- Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
- Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
Must have knowledge on the below:
- Honours degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role preferable within the MDS (Management Document Service) & MPS (Management Printing Services) industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software (is a plus)
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to travel as required.
