Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager CRM Mall Operations
Location: Alwar Rajasthan
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in a mall setting plays a key role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction engagement and loyalty. This role involves managing relationships with customers handling inquiries and complaints and coordinating with internal teams to enhance the mall experience. The CRM will also focus on understanding customer needs building positive relationships with tenants and implementing strategies to drive customer retention and sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Customer Engagement & Satisfaction:**
Greet and assist customers providing information on stores offers and amenities.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct customer feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
**Loyalty Programs & Promotions:**
Develop and manage loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan implement and monitor mallwide promotions events and seasonal activities.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and enhance the effectiveness of promotional strategies.
**Crisis Management & Issue Resolution:**
Develop and implement strategies to address emergencies and complaints quickly and efficiently.
Train frontline staff in handling customer interactions and ensuring consistent service standards.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality or related field.
3 years of experience in customer relationship management preferably in a retail mall or hospitality environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with diverse customers and tenants.
Proficiency in CRM software data analysis and MS Office.
Problemsolving skills attention to detail and a customercentric attitude.
