Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather business goals through engaging with clients
- Elicit requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops business process descriptions use cases scenarios and task and workflow analysis
- Work effectively at different levels to define business needs and write specifications technofunctionally
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand the requirements
- Work closely with project team(s) and customer stakeholders coordinate project activities and ensure the requirements are documented and communicated thoroughly
Requirements
- 610 years of experience (preferably in insurance projects)
- Analyze and design for content management system (AEM) as per the requirements and guide the teams in design and execution
- Minimum of JLPT N2 level certified and strong Japanese skills to conduct business conversations with Japanese stakeholders
- Project management experience
- Experience in Jira/Confluence tools and project management tools
- Ensure all systems documentation & procedures are updated
- Strong communication skills
- Business English skills to converse comfortably with foreign engineers in Japan and offshore engineers

- 6-10 years of experience (preferably in insurance projects)
