Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master III to join our agile team and drive successful project outcomes in our banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies exceptional communication skills and proven experience in the banking sector ideally with complex regulatory and compliancefocused projects. The Scrum Master III will facilitate team processes remove impediments and enhance collaboration to deliver highquality banking solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily standups sprint planning sprint review and retrospective meetings to ensure active participation and productive outcomes.
- Agile Coaching: Mentor and coach teams in agile practices and principles to promote continuous improvement and high performance.
- Impediment Removal: Identify track and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder team progress ensuring a smooth workflow.
