Job Description
Work Location: Boca Raton FL
Job Type: C2C/Fulltime/W2
Job Details:
Posts Check Payments
Prepares timely and accurate billing of all customer accounts compiling supporting documentation
Research and respond to all credit card inquiry chargebacks.
Follow up on outstanding accounts
Updates all membership payment information
Post adjustments to membership charges
Assist in the collection of membership payments
Prepare and assist with statement distribution in the beginning of each month
Supports monthly A/R closing process for membership
Other duties as requested by Club Accounting Manager
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
Proficient in Excel
At least two years related work experience recommended
Able to lift 10 25 lbs.
