As a Junior Analyst in our Hedge Fund you will play a pivotal role in supporting investment decisionmaking processes and contributing to the overall success of our fund. You will work closely with senior analysts and portfolio managers to conduct research analyze market trends and assess investment opportunities across various asset classes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain handson experience in the dynamic field of finance and investment management.
Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on companies industries and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities. Utilize financial models and valuation techniques to evaluate the attractiveness and risks associated with various investment options.

Data Management: Gather organize and maintain financial data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support investment analysis and decisionmaking processes.

Report Preparation: Assist in preparing investment memos presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior team members.

Risk Assessment: Assist in assessing and monitoring investment risks including market credit and operational risks. Contribute to the development of risk management strategies to protect and optimize fund performance.

Portfolio Management Support: Provide support to portfolio managers in monitoring portfolio performance tracking investment positions and implementing trades. Assist in the execution of investment strategies and rebalancing activities.

Market Monitoring: Stay informed about macroeconomic developments industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial markets. Monitor news reports and market data to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field. Masters degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling quantitative analysis and statistical methods.
- Excellent research abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
