Job Description
8:00AM 4:30pm Job Description: In conjunction with the transplant team assumes responsibility for coordinating the delivery of care for the transplant patient. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice involved in providing nursing care. Familiarity with organization and function of departments policies procedures and regulations. Orchestrates the care of patients with end stage organ disease. Requirements: Education Bachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Required) Experience 3 Years experience in nursing. (Required) General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record. (Required) General Experience in a Transplant program. (Preferred) General Experience in critical care (Preferred) License/Certifications RNLIC PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
Shift: Hours: 8a 4:30p Monday Friday
