Working Knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles including radiographic positioning film/image processing quality control and radiation protection is required. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. NDMRIT Licensure Required (North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board) ARRT Required BLS certified Shift or schedule requirements. Day or evening shifts. Won t be working alone. Will be assigned weekends (every 2 to 3) as part of the department rotation. Potentially required to take call no more then once per week. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 300 beds 50 ER rooms (level 1 trauma) 28 OR s Dress Code: Hospital scrubs provided Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Required to review all equipment with preceptor and sign off as competent prior to use. Training/Demonstrate the ability to use Carm and Oarm prior to performing cases in the OR. Orientation will be with preceptor until competent in all areas. |
Comments:8 hour Day shift with potential of sliding back to the evening shift (2p11p) on occasion. Weekend rotation (approximately every 3rd weekend) Limited call probably once per week. ER Inpatient/outpatient OR/Endoscopy. Generally limit fluoroscopy with travelers unless they are comfortable with Siemens fluoroscopy rooms.
