Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant General Manager Work Life Balance
Location: Burlington NC
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: $100000 to start
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of renting apartments including touring properties.
- Oversee and maintain prospect traffic and rental data.
- Be knowledgeable about our property offerings and those of competitors.
- Explain rental agreements and uphold property rules and regulations.
- Represent the Manager during their absence.
- Collect rent and fees aiming for minimal delinquency.
- Pursue delinquencies through the Summary Eviction Process and designated collection agencies.
- Direct onsite staff efforts to ensure apartments are ready for movein.
- Maintain customer service standards and respond to residents requests.
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas.
- Participate in training and meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
