Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our remote team. As an Account Manager youll be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of their marketing strategies. This includes lead generation paid search social media advertising content development and email marketing. You will collaborate with a team of digital marketing specialists to create impactful strategies that deliver measurable results for our clients.

This is a performancebased fasttrack position that offers significant career growth. You will have the opportunity to advance to a Senior Account Manager role and further into leadership positions with increased compensation and responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and meetings (via conference calls like Zoom or Google Meet).
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies for clients including:
    • Lead generation
    • Website design and optimization
    • Paid search engine marketing (Google Ads Bing Ads)
    • Paid social media advertising (Facebook LinkedIn etc.)
    • Content development and management
    • Email marketing campaigns
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee the execution of client marketing projects including creating schedules timelines and delivering on project milestones.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate and lead internal teams of content writers designers developers and advertising specialists.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and monitor site traffic campaigns and key metrics. Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to ensure the best results.
  • Client Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports for clients providing updates on project performance metrics and areas of improvement.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Review and optimize website content to ensure high visibility on search engines and a positive user experience.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in digital marketing or account management preferably at a digital marketing agency.
  • ClientFacing Experience: Strong communication skills with experience leading client strategy sessions via conference call software (Google Meet Zoom etc.).
  • Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with SEO best practices paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.) and social media platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of website development techniques content management systems and creative design.
  • Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Gmail Google Docs Google Sheets etc.) and project management tools.
  • ProblemSolving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • SelfMotivation: Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
