Job Description
The job requires the candidate to have at least 10 years of experience in core Java Spring microservices and AWS.
The interview process consists of a tech screen over the phone with 2 senior developers followed by an inperson interview.
The responsibilities include creating and supporting business solutions by designing redesigning coding testing debugging configuring and documenting products/projects for the insurance business.
The candidate is expected to have strong client relationships and communication skills ability to deliver wellorganized presentations and effectively communicate with third parties.
The engineer needs to produce comprehensive technical documentation design systems using known methodologies and best practices and solve problems proactively.
The role also includes leadership and project management responsibilities such as mentoring junior team members staying updated with latest technological trends and applying them to the systems.
The educational and experience requirements for the role include a BA/BS degree (preferably in computer science or related field) a minimum of 5 years of Software Engineeringrelated experience and experience with various technologies such as Java/J2EE Angular TypeScript /JavaScript CSS libraries Spring MVC REST JMS JBOSS ESB (Mule) JSON MyBatis XML XSLT SOAP Maven SQL in DB2 and MS SQL Server and AWS.
The candidate is also expected to develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems.
