You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSeeking a highly motivated digitally savvy product leader to support our Digital Interactions team. The Senior Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in both crafting and executing our digital vision. The role is responsible for the strategic outcomes of the current digital portfolio which consists of social media live chat email and text/SMS. This role will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Customer Support Operations and IT to gather requirements & provide scalable solutions that marry technology capabilities and best practices with customer and internal needs.
Responsibilities
The Senior Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in both crafting and executing our digital vision
Champions the product vision strategy and overall product roadmap goals/KPIs aligned to strategic company objectives
Partner with multiple product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement
Maintains and communicates strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams
Deliver platform solutions that are longterm large scale and require planning and progression financial management status reporting effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
Communicates to executive stakeholders on channel strategy execution and performance
Conducts market research and digital strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership
Maintains product budgets partner contracts and financial models to prove ROI
Partner with Scrum teams Product Owners stakeholder and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals
Job specific knowledge skills or abilities:
Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination toward action
Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team
Clear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate
Ability to be selfdirected and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
Excellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships
Understanding of the SDLC process and ability to work in an agile environment with biweekly releases
Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs
Preferred qualifications:
Five or more years experience in utility industry
Experience as a Product Analyst
Agile Product Owner certification
Black Belt Six Sigma certification
Experience with Jira
Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fastpaced environment
Experience with teams developing and shipping software
Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering computer science marketing or related business discipline
Years of prior equivalent workrelated experience in lieu of a degree (if applicable): 9
Years of prior equivalent workrelated experience in addition to a degree: 5 years experience in relevant business area
Licenses certifications or registrations: Product Owner certification
