We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) ICU to join a great ICU team in Seattle WA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing highquality patient care and will be skilled in various nursing practices. As an RN you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs developing care plans and implementing effective treatment strategies. Nursing Professional Practice:
- Assess identify appropriate nursing diagnoses plan implement and evaluate patient care.
- Develop update and coordinate the patients plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum.
- Monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate performing and maintaining essential competencies specific to the area of hire and populations served.
Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.

National Provider ACLS American Heart Association upon hire.

National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.

1 year ICU Nursing experience.
