Job Summary:This position is being recruited by Smartwork IT Services a leading recruitment and productbased company. In addition to staffing solutions Smartwork IT Services is involved in developing cuttingedge products like SWITS ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and SWITS HRMS (Human Resource Management Services). We focus on delivering exceptional value through innovative solutions and toptier talent acquisition.
- Design develop and maintain interactive and dynamic user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including backend developers and UX/UI designers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build reusable highperformance components and libraries for future use ensuring the application is modular and maintainable.
- Implement responsive designs that provide seamless experiences across devices (desktop tablet mobile).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React.js JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3 and state management tools like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Experience: Proven experience in building and maintaining web applications using React.js. Familiarity with modern frontend development tools and libraries.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in team settings.
