Job Description
Title: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager
Experience: 2 6 Years
Notice Period: 15 days or less
Location: Chennai India
Job Description:
- Welcoming the customer onboard and create a Member Profile
- Understanding the member choice expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member
- Searching screening short listing establishing contact initiating meeting between members and creating success stories
- Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service
- Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up
- Excellent command over English language fluency in the regional language (Telugu / Tamil) proactive ness listening skills service orientation
- Ability to read/interact to understand the customer requirements
- High Emotional quotient Persuasion Skills
- Punctuality & Presentation skills
- Values Integrity / Honesty / Respect
- Communication Oral & Written skills / Listening
- Executive Presence
- Business / Telephone Etiquette
